application called WinParrot.exe goes without investigation

I have a quesiton please:

I found a little application called WinParrot at

during the first run of installer or each time I launches it, it seems to pass CIS inspection each time
as if Comodo doesnt bother to check it, my configuration set to ProactiveSecurity and usually each new application I run switches on CIS alert, what could happen this time and is this app dangerous?
