AOL Active Security Monitor Ver.

Dear CAVS:

AOL Active Security Monitor is not recognizing CAVS. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know.

Second question: I recently did a system restore and (once again) downloaded/installed CAVS. Of course I received a new activation code. I guess I had to replace the first one for a second one. Please let me know if the first activation code is suppose to last a lifetime or can be replaced?

Thanks in advance.

Once CAVS is activated, you are not able to put in (or even need to) put in another code, because the current code is lifetime, and will never expire. If you download and install again, you can disregard your new code.

Also about the AOL Security monitor concerning CAVS, I believe it can only detect what the Antivirus programs that the Windows Security Center can. I am not positive though.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but as long as the Trustix folder doesn’t get deleted from your program files you don’t need a new license key.
