Antivirus Problem - Error Message

I just update to the newest version 4.1.150349.920 !

After a few minutes or hours i always get the message:
“The network firewall is not functioning properly”

After restart of program, the issue is gone for a while.

I would check the windows event viewer and see in the log if there are issues with services stopping or not starting properly. It is hard to give precise advice as there could be many reasons for this failure.

To see the event viewer, pres the windows key and r, then type eventvwr. In windows XP the logs are immediately visible in windows vista and 7 expand the windows log in the left pane.
