I was playing around with antitheft and I started the alarm and then when I was trying to turn the alarm off from the website I accidently removed the device instead. Now the phone will not accept the password. What can I do? My phone is useless in this state.
I was able to turn the phone off and then when it powered up I was able to log into the app with the old password before the alarm came up. At that point, the alarm started but it now accepted the password. The phone now shows up in the device list on the web.
Problem solved.
