Today, every time I try to update the anti-virus database, it reaches 5%, and then I get a message saying the update failed, please check my internet connection. My internet connection is working perfectly, and no other network application is affected.

What version of CIS are you using? When using an older version of CIS, uninstall it and update to the latest version: Free Firewall - Download the Best Firewall Protection and Anti-Virus Scan Software from Comodo .
