I would like to see anti-virus program that rivals AVG. :-TU
Comodo AV already rivals AVG, as the general consensus is that AVG is… well, lets just say it’s not very good
This isn’t just my opinion btw.

AVG has dipped over the past 1 year, and is no longer in the top 5.
I have recommended my company to switch from AVG to Avira.
Anyway, at present, I feel Comodo rivals AVG !
AVG doesn’t event protect against rootkits, you have to buy the paid version to get protection against that.
AVG Free does not contain Anti-Rootkit protection so rootkits may be hidden in your system.
to start, they could make AV a little easier. For example, I can not restore a file placed in quarantine, where I want and I can not check the file without restoring.
Comodo Antivirus is one of the best in this moment. I have seen some computers protected by AVG infected with virus. Other very good antivirus are Symantec Endpoint Protection and Kaspersky.
Comodo Antivirus only needs two things to be the best:
-Avoid de detection of false risks.
-Offer a method to download virus definitions cumulative, weekly and daily in zip or exe file.
My son just removed AVG in favour (not mis-spelled in Canada) of CIS and its AV.
I think Comodo’s AV is stronger than AVG’s.
I can not check the file without restoringThats because that file is on lock-down
