  2. a) Have you updated (without uninstall) from CIS 3 or 4: no
    b) if so, have you tried a clean reinstall (without losing settings - if not please do)?:yes
  3. a) Have you imported a config from a previous version of CIS:no
    b) if so, have U tried a standard config (without losing settings - if not please do)?: no
  4. Have you made any other major changes to the default config? (eg ticked ‘block all unknown requests’, other egs here.): no
  5. Defense+, Sandbox, Firewall & AV security levels: D+= SafeMode, Sandbox= n/a, Firewall = custom , AV = on Access
  6. OS version, service pack, number of bits, UAC setting, & account type: Windows 7 X86 ,Admin account,UAC -Disabled
  7. Other security and utility software installed:MBAM and HitMan Pro only on demand !

That you have used the correct format, and all information that is require is there.

May I suggest to change the subject of this post so that people who only read subject directly know what’s going on? That makes subject spotting much more easy ;D

Something like “Oops you found a bug - report”
On the file counter issue, don’t worry, Staff can get the files without having to tick the counter.
