An access denial message comes up when to try to open CIS subfolder \Quarantine

Any helpful thoughts. Thanks in advance
An MalWarebytes`Anti-Malware reports to be found an trojan there?

That folder is where CIS keeps Quarantine files, for safety it is locked down to prevent malware execution.

There is no way to get into that Folder.

this folder cause fragmented files…defragmant programs can’t access that folder so CIS make pc slow how can we fix that?

Hi falwaxis, welcome to the forums.

You need to exclude CIS’s Quarantine folder in your disk defragger, just like it’s done for pagefile.sys and the Recycle Bin folder. Fragmented files in the Quarantine folder will not impact DIO performance since they’re not regularly accessed.
