Hello to everybody, I’ve been reading this forum for quite a while now I decided to join. It looks like a lot you have some problems with CIS, bugs, can’t pass the leaktest etc., but I’ve being using CIS since version 3.14 and I didn’t have any problems at all, NONE, it works excellent, pc didn’t got infected really very pleased (runnig X86 Vista HP). Thanx, Comodo for great product.

You’re not the only one. There are issues and bugs, but they do not affect everyone.
The reason that it appears that there are a lot of problems is that satisfied users generally don’t post here in the same manner that you have. People post here to get answers to their problems.

I’m still using version 3.12
add me to the list… with ver4 my 8 year old son no longer has to answer yes or no when surfing the internet and downloading games…its totally user friendly for novices!!! and no problem so far…

I’m running v3.14 on the same kind of X86 Vista HP that the OP is and it runs perfectly with little chatter and most importantly neither has my computer been infected. I downloaded and installed v4.1 yesterday and found that the installation is smoother, all of my settings were retained, the Sandbox is right on top of every program that is unknown to it and the look and feel of v4.1 are much improved. The only reasons that I uninstalled v4.1 and went back to the ever faithful v3.14 was that I could only get a 340/340 CLT score out of v4.1 by disabling the Sandbox (which essentially turns it into v3.14) plus v4.1 would not allow the Sandboxie kernel to load without disabling a rule in Defense+.
As soon as v4 can perform as well on my computer as v3 has for over a year now with perfect Leak Test scores and allowing Sandboxie to run I will be happy to install and keep it and I hope that day is soon.
