I am having difficulty getting an anonymiser proggam that I have purchased (Steganos Anonym VPM) to work with Comodo. Their help desk tells me to :
“ensure that the files vpnclient.exe, openvpn.exe and Updater.exe
have full access to the internet. Please set your firewall rules
appropriately or delete the rules if necessary and create them again if
you are not sure.”
I have tried to work out where and how to put these into Comodo but cannot do so. Your help would be much appreciated.

Try this (if you have not done so already)
Go to Firewall > Advanced > Network Security Policy
Remove all rules pertaining to those three executable files.
Select “Add” > “Select” > “Browse…” > and browse for one of those file locations and select that file.
Once selected, choose “Predefined Policy” and select “Trusted Application”.
Remember to Apply all settings.
Repeat this process for the other two files as well.
Many thanks - that has solved my problem. I had been trying to enter these files under “Define a New trusted application” without any success.
