Allow Rails Development - Execjs continually limited

I am trying to learn rails, ruy for rails.

When I am connected to localhost and running the webrick server on localhost:3000. If I reload to update content from a controller I get execjs_2013.js is an unrecognised file and has been sandboxed as Partially Limited.

so I select don’t isolate again. But when I reload again it isolates it again despite me selecting don’t isolate again. How can I get comodo to let execjs work?

You need to enable the HIPS for the following.

Give Ruby on rails the Installer/Updater or Windows System Application policy. Once the rule is made in HIPS rules make sure it is somewhere above a rule, when present, called “All Applications”.
