Allow clients access to GeekBuddy support

My hardware firewall is blocking users from connecting GeekBuddy.

This is what I see in my logs…

It works after allowing clients access to that IP and port, but I notice when I use nslookup and change to it gives It would be great to be able to add the ip range in my firewall rule instead of individually input them.


Unfortunately, our servers have IPs from multiple classes. We can’t provide you a range of IDs.
