Having the same exact problem!
Hi, I’m new to the forum, so I’m not sure if I’m posting to the correct board…
Anyway, I have recently installed IceDragon (v42.0) on a laptop running Windows7 and Vipre Antivirus.
I’ve noticed that regardless of the Security settings in IceDragon, Passwords are not remembered.
I changed from Firefox as it had started to become “sluggish”. However, Firefox appears to have no problem with this feature.
Has anyone else come across a similar problem…?
I have the same problem with IceDragon installed on 2 computers (one Win XP, one Win7). It does have a list of sites that I never want passwords saved for, but no list of passwords that I want to save.
I would delete Firefox completely if this bug was fixed.
Me, too. Same exact thing. See my post in another thread on this subject.
I have the problem also. Doesn’t look like there’ll be any answers here though.
Using IceDragon 42.0.0.25 under Win7 32-bit
Same problem here, even after turning off all security options I can find it still will not remember any passwords at all.
Also, importing passwords from Chrome (where they work) reports “imported successfully”, but the list of stored passwords remains empty.
Is there a way to open a formal ticket on this to the development team?
I mean this is THE place to talk about detected faults.
If nobody reads them here, then it seems it’s the end of the road
It would be nice to know whether any of the developers have noticed and whether anyone is looking into it.
This seems to be a recent fault, There are no forum questions about it until a couple of months back in late 2015.
Some older threads from 2013 and 14 are apparently related to specific privacy settings being wrong, ie. a different issue.
Yes, there are already two threads in parallel about it in here. I just posted in the other thread.
But no posts from anyone “in the know” (such as developers) as yet.
Seems this must have been broken by some recent upgrade.
I wonder if there is a way to back up to a revision state from a few months back(?), that would probably fix it.
Yeah, I guess nobody is interested in finding a fix for this problem. Maybe they think it will go away with the next update. Guess I’ll stick with FireFox until this is fixed.

Comodo Browsers PM
hi When i check my emails from gmail i save the passwords and when i go back to gmail i have to sign in to my email with the passwords and ts not keeping the passwords after.
thanks
Thanks, Serkan.
So, how long should we expect to wait until we have a product that works…?
Let’s face it; This is a fairly basic feature for a browser. It’s difficult to believe that Product Management could release this version without even scant testing…and then just leave it on the web site as a poor advertisement.
Pretty disappointing for a Company of Comodo’s standing… :-TD
Just noticed how long this has already been a problem…and this is the first response from PM in two months.
In a word: “Pathetic”… :-TD :-TD :-TD
Thanks, Serkan.

Merged multiple topics on the same subject matter.
I do apologise for any confusion caused by the chronological order of the posts.
it’s not saving logins and info- every single time i login the “do you want comodo to remember>>” comes up and each time i say yes- never says password either
running icedragon 44.0.0.11 on windows 10. i vaguely remember this problem from an earlier vers of firefox can’t remember the solution though.
