AirParrot2 - needs unblocking to work

I am trying to use AirParrot2 which mirrors my PC to AppleTV3. However, to allow this to work, I must disable the firewall, connect with AirParrot2 and then re-enable the firewall.

I have set AirParrot2 as an Allowed application but it does not work till I disable the firewall.

Has anyone else used AirParrot2 and successfully have it working? Any suggestions?

I am running Windows 10 64 bit

What do you have for your global rules? You may need to open a port, most likely a UDP port.
