I had “Insufficient System Resources” error when running a virus scan. After following instructions in another thread, I removed, cleaned the system, and then reinstalled CIS. My error about insufficient system resources was resolved – temporarily. It has now returned. So it seems likely that the error, at least in my case, is not one related to a clean install. Been there, done that.
Does anyone have another suggestion?
