Hopefully someone could please help me.A recent update of CIS disabled or something all CIS help files.I tried removing and reinstalling with no luck.OS winxp sp3 and fully updated all programs.
Does your computer have an always on internet connection? The help files are now online, so to access them, you must be connected to the internet.
