OS: Windows Vista Basic
PC: HP Compaq Presario CQ70-211EM with 4 gig ram
Installed Secunia PSI to update laptop as windows updater was hanging. After re-boot CIS error popped up. I ran diagnostics and attach the report. Uninstalling Secunia PSI resolved issue.
