After installing comodo--cannot print emails or from microsoft office(word)

I cannot not print from microsoft word, my emails. I get a message printer not sent up. It is and will print from some programs. Not sure how to work firewalls etc. Used to have Norton did not have this problem. Help

Is this a network printer of a printer connected to your computer?
