Adobe Reader 9.1 has bad, continuing problems

I scanned the registry location you specified, and found cooltype.dll in
HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Configurations\0\HIPS\Quarantined Files\4
dated about the time the trouble started.

I’m guessing this has been the problem all along.

But I do not have the AV module, so how does a file get quarantined? (and there are others quarnatined.) And why does the rest of CIS care about what has been quarantined?

And is there a way I can delete it? Since I don’t have AV, I found no way. I could delete it from the registry and adjust Quarantined Files\Num but I am reluctant.

I have no idea to how editing the registry settings for CIS works. This is something to do only if you like to experiment. Best thing to do when experimenting is to make a system restore point or a back up of your regsitry.
