Adding an app to trusted and allowing everything, still no connection

I want to donwload starcraft2, i fire up the downloader and i get no connection, tested on other rig and its fine. OMG ■■■■ IT. How do I setup the app to connect to internet?!
I’m really looking into stop using COMODO every time an issue turn up.

Have you tried adding the executable to the safe files list?

Please show us a screenshot of your Firewall logs. They are under Firewall → Common Tasks → View Firewall Events.
