Adding a new domain

Hello,
I signed for a 10 user trial account.

When I go to add my domain, I get this alert after creating it:

I added a domain with this info:
.eu
mail..eu

WARNING: Routes check is failed for given domain.
Below is detailed response from mail server :
Route mail.xxxxxxxxxxx.eu check failed, code: 550, error: No Such User Here"

I don’t understand what user is referring, and what is the problem in detail.
Please anyone can help me?

You might want to check this explanation I received when I posted the same question few months ago:

That message with “mail FROM:<>” is just a fake message that is sent by our system to check your domain routes.
Our server begins communication with final destination route (mail.yourdomain.com:25) and then disconnects not actually sending email data.

That’s why you don’t see message in postmaster[at]yourdomain.com inbox. This is normal.
All other real emails passed filters should be delivered successfully.
