add "my privacy file" in D+

hi guys
Now we cant use CIS to protect our privacy file to be readed because of CIS allow application read our file. I know CIS can prevent malware outsaid our pc, but who knows some application that looks like normal will not theft our privacy?

So I want CIS add a new futuer named “my privacy file”. The file in “my privacy file” cant be readed by any application but the exception. I think this future will help us to protect our privacy better.

“file and folder” locker looks like is a very useful future.
I hope comodo developer can think about it.
