No, not presently. It is being discussed.
You can always use Privoxy. I do, and it works great.
adthwart hides all of the elements which is nearly as effective(you won’t see the adds, but it stills loads them) unless if cd doesn’t support add-ons…currently using chrome beta here…so.
There is a way to block them from loading through c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts or something like that and hope the hosts file with notepad and google a hosts site. You could also dl a lovely program that updates the hosts file for you called hostsman
