ActiveSync on SBS Exchange 2003 not working

Hi, i have SSL comodo certificate installed on my exchange 2003 server. So i have OWA and RPC over HTTP working fine. Also i tryed to connect to exchange with nokia e71 and MailforExchange application, without success. Also i tryed to test server over https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com, and receive this kind of error:
Validating certificate trust for Windows Mobile Devices
Certificate trust validation failed

any help will be appreciated!
