Active connection that doesn't contain my IP(?)

Sometimes when I look at Activity->Connections I see connections that do not have my IP neither in the Source or Destination field. What’s that all about? Shouldn’t my IP always be listed in connections originating or coming into my computer?

I often see this one:
System / IGMP In / 10.245.7.213 / 224.0.0.1 / 60 B / 0 B
