Activate the firewall

Each time the computer is shut-off, the firewall is deactivated. When I start the computer, I have to activate the firewall. This was not the case, until recently. How can I change to keep the firewall activated?

What OS do you have installed? and What Version of CIS/CFW/CAV do you have?
Do you have any other security software installed?

Is there any results when running the Diagnositc tool (CIS/CFW/CAV > More/Misc > Diagnostics)
