Action Center says Comodo is on and up to date, but its not...

I have Windows 7 and this is what happens:

I right click on COMODO Internet Secuirty, and click exit. Now I open Action Center, and it still says Comodo is running and up to date. Is this is a glitch?

No, its not a glitch, it is accurate, all you do by right clicking on the CIS icon and selecting exit, is turning GUI part of CIS… everything else is still running.

If you want to turn off the other parts you have to do it through the User Interface.

Oh ok. But I still think that right clicking on it then choosing exit should exit the whole program.
