When I went to open an OpenOffice spreadsheet file, Comodo asked about blocking it and I accidentally blocked it. How do I get it unblocked so that I can use OpenOffice applications?

Please go to Defense+ / Advanced / Computer Security Policy
You should find the blocked application there.
