Access is denied when try to restore a quarantine file

When trying to restore a file that CIS quarantined that shouldn’t have been I get a error message saying Failed to restore file. Access is denied. Is there anyway around this to restore the file so my program will run again. The file it quarantined is from the Bing Weather App in Windows 10

I’m using Windows 10 and Comodo Internet Security Pro

what version of cis are you using

CIS Pro Product Version 8.2.0.4792 Database Version 24216

where is the file located that you are trying to restore?

The file was located in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.BingWeather_4.8.239.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe
And file that was quarantined was SQLite3Wrapper.dll
