On the list below, rank the qualities you look for in a mouse according to importance. 1 to 6 with 1 as being the most important feature.
a. higher resolution (the higher dpi, the better)
b. more than 3 buttons (assume that they are programable buttons you can customize)
c. ergonomic design for ease of use over long periods of time
d. anti-bacterial properties (silver nano technology)
e. instant dpi change on the fly
f. customizable weight (you can make the mouse lighter or heavier like the G9 Logitech mouse).
Of course, it is a given that the mouse we are talking about here is a Laser mouse, not an optical mouse, and you are crazy if you think we are talking about a ball mouse.
Finally, if you are only allowed to take 3 of the above features in a mouse, which would they be?
Here are my actual choices; please also choose from one of them and tell me the reason why you chose that particular brand and model:
1 instant dpi change on the fly
2 higher resolution (the higher dpi, the better)
3 more than 3 buttons (assume that they are programable buttons you can customize)
4 ergonomic design for ease of use over long periods of time
5 anti-bacterial properties (silver nano technology)
* customizable weight (you can make the mouse lighter or heavier like the G9 Logitech mouse).
*=(don't have it now so I can't tell if it's handy)
I’m now using a Razor mouse, which is really nice to have. I have this one. it’s an older version, but still great enough. Razor Site
there are a few other things you should consider.
do you want a wireless one ?
do you want it to be ergonomic ? (go into sleepmode, if you want to game, that’s a big no-go)
Lol - All this gamer “stuff” is a load of poop. “Hey buy this mouse and you will be pro! Buy this keyboard and you’ll be pro!” Your skill level won’t change with this gear, Practice will help much much more.
However, I’ve spent more than a Php1k for some fancy A4Tech mice, and both had some serious issues that really wrecked my controlling capabilities.
My first A4Tech mouse was an optical mouse with 800dpi, 4 buttons, and two wheels. I played with it until this week, when it finally went completely nuts on me.
This mouse would get “possessed by demons” once in a while. Finally it completely went bonkers when I was playing CRYSIS WARHEAD. I just started shooting at random, spinning wildly and throwing all my weapons in all haphazard directions.
Think what online people will think of you if you do that during an online match. All you can tell them is, “My mouse has gone crazy! I need to reboot!”
Yeah, that’ll make you new friends who will tell you, “GET A NEW ^(&%^ MOUSE, MORON!”
So, now I would like to buy, not the most expensive mouse, but a really really good one.
And yeah, GOOD BYE A4TECH.
(My second A4TECH mouse was a wireless mouse. They never said anything about it having some serious lag time).
Well, if you’re really going for a game mouse, get one with a cable

I like it for the extra buttons you get. I use them everyday, and for the rest I simply like the mouse.

Well, that's ■■■■. And the laziest excuse I've ever heard ;D
When “the demons come upon my mouse” I’ve already have both hands off the keyboard and mouse…and the game is just moving on its own. I actually am not controlling anymore.
Both hands are off, and you see your character just spinning wildly and jumping and shooting and throwing grenades, etc.
You somehow manage to go back to your desktop, and the cursor is jumping randomly, left and right clicking here and there…
That’s what I meant by demons.
Maybe I should have used the Name of Christ and tried to exorcise the demons. Then again I left that mouse in an electronics recycling bin.
Right now, in Multiplayer, it is just to build stuff with blocks. Sometimes you build with others.
OPs (operators) guard against “griefers” (people who mess stuff up).
The people who have bought the game get a single-player preview of how it will look. This is called “survival mode”, where blocks are limited and there are enemies.
I can’t wait!
Oh…and if you buy the game now you get 50% off the future price, as it is still in alpha.
