Yeah it’s me again… I just got back from being out with the family and I noticed that there’s been 81 suspicious attempts blocked by Comodo defense+
I have a screenshot, but it’s just the same thing over and over again, doing it every two minutes.
Application C:\Windows\System32\igfxpers.exe
Action: Access Memory
Target: C:\Windows\System32\igfxservc.exe
Date: 6/21/2009 3:50:50 PM (And so on, every 2 mins.)
I don’t have a CLUE what these are, but why is it doing this every two minutes? I looked it up and it doesn’t seem suspicious… But what am I meant to do? It’s getting annoying… =/
‘igfxpers.exe’ is a process associated with NVidia graphics cards and provides additional configuration options for these devices.
Please navigate to Defense+ > Advanced > Computer Security Policy > find and select ‘C:\Windows\System32\igfxpers.exe’ > Edit > Access Rights > set ‘Inter process Memory Access’ to “Allow” and then select Apply for all dialogue boxes.
