503 Service Unavailable

There is one website that I can’t access while comodo CIS is running: ebuyer.com.
I get the “503 Service Unavailable” message.
In the comodo settings I can’t find anything that would prevent ebuyer.com to load. I can’t think of anything that would have brought about that change of behavior in Comodo CIS. The problem started a couple of weeks ago and I have already spent hours studying the configuration options.
If I disable Comodo CIS autostart and restart the computer, then the problem is gone.
Has anybody got an idea what could be wrong here?

Hi asteson,
Using CIS V7 the site appears to load correctly here.
Maybe the site was temporarily down.

Have you tried a different browser?
