After updating today I ran a critical areas scan which resulted in the Quarantine area of CIS being looked at. Of course it found a few things.
I then set an exclusion for the Quarantine area and ran the scan again.
The Quarantine area was not excluded from the scan, and thus the same nasties were reported.
