This false-positive has been fixed. Please check in virus signature database 1199

Now file uninst.exe (TVUPlayer) is ok. :-TU

but Seem.exe (System Eyes & Ears Monitoring) is still recognized by CAV as Heur.Suspicious[at]19693500
