the scan found 1 infection malware@#2jgoe4u51oii4 I did sumit it and ran a scan with malwarebytes and it found nothing Do you think I’m ok at this point? Thanks

These days so much malware gets made no single scanner can keep with it that. That’s why I am not surprised another scanner is not reporting it.
What does the Virus Total look up show? Can you post the url to the Virus Total report?
What is the name of the file? Do you think it belongs to a program that you have installed or do you not know to what the file belongs?
