My users can no longer access my website, they say SSL cert was revoked, however I do still have access.

Website is https://btclend.cloudapp.net

If I buy another SSL cert and install, will it be active or will it still be revoked?

According to Microsoft’s Documentation, you’re supposed to use your own domain and not theirs. If you apply again, with the same name (containing cloudapp.net) , we and other CAs WILL either revoke or reject your certificate/application of.

You [b]cannot[/b] obtain an SSL certificate from a certificate authority (CA) for the [b]cloudapp.net[/b] domain. You [b]must[/b] acquire a [b]custom domain name[/b] to use when access your service. When you request a certificate from a CA the certificate's subject name must match the custom domain name used to access your application. For example, if your custom domain name is contoso.com you would request a certificate from your CA for *.contoso.com or www.contoso.com.
