hye all ! i have a problem for a certificate buyed this mont on 1.05.

i can't modify.. download, and on trust logo from my website appear IdAuthority Credentials not available for this site

Could you provide the domain name so the issue can be seen?

I  think.....but am open to correction....that because you are using the PositiveSSL certificate you
can only use the PositiveSSL seal.

https://www.positivessl.com/trusted-ssl-site-seal.php

What you are trying to display is only available where the company has been fully validated.
A PositiveSSL certificate is only domain level validated.

ok.. but the problem from image.. watch please on creation date and end date for my ssl.

If thats a screenshot from the Comodo system then only a support person could answer.

I suggest submitting a ticket: https://support.comodo.com and ask why it displays that.
