I’ve been having problems logging in using my preferred browser, Seamonkey. Is your forum incompatible with Seamonkey?
I will repeatedly get this error and then suddenly the page might work.

When I use Chrome I don’t have any issues.

I am still having this trouble, somedays I just give up trying to login.
The forum software sometimes does such things. Try cleaning your cache and cookies restart your browser and try again. Usually this error just goes…
It’s happening on all my browsers now, but the workaround I have is just to wait 30 seconds before I try again, with a 3 in 4 success rate.
