Looks good.

great work guys. this is a great diagnostic tool.

my question, though is, with those known problems, how can it be ‘Final’? shouldn’t that be resolved first?

There are some categories of bugs from minor to major, critical and blocker.
A Final Release can be made when there are no major, critical and blockers.
From your opinion, do you believe that in the Bug list are major or critical bugs?

Best Regards,
Corneliu Deleanu

Just a feedback:
Elapsed time: 7 minutes.
Problems: none. It stopped at 77% for a while, then installed Comodo Process Manager (i guess, hence the kernel entry), this took a couple of minutes.

System details:
MSI MS-1057 (Mega Book) notebook with Windows Vista 64bit Ultimate
Intel(R) Core™2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz
2.00 GB RAM
256 MB VRAM (64+192 shared)
Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family video card, resolution 1280x800.
1GB free space

At 77% it stops because it is a large Category of registry items.
Is this bug repeating every time?
Is it about CPM - Comodo Programs Manager?

Please use BUG SECTION for BUG Reports.

Kind Regards,
Corneliu Deleanu

Hi,

I guess this is not a bug, but a feature. I just wanted to mention it. That stop at 77% looks strange for the users :].
Repeat: I don’t know. yet. I run it once.
CPM: i was wondering about this, i just saw an alert from a registry watcher application (startup entries).
If this is a bug i’ll help what i can.

Ark

Yes, it hangs there (77%) for a couple of minutes (just slow, i don’t think this is a bug).

download link doesn’t work

Hi Fake5. Which link in particular, they all appear to work here?

All the links don’t work for me…
But I can download CIS installer from this link – http://download.comodo.com/cis/download/installs/1000/standalone/cfw_installer.exe
What’s wrong? Is it possible that the links are blocked by the GFW?

Edit:
After hurdling the GFW, can download it now…It was blocked by the GFW

As PCHC was supposedly the successor to CVS (COMODO Vulnerabilty Scanner), just wondering what has happened to PCHC now as it’s been over 6 months ???.

TBH, I was really surprised that development stopped for CVS, as in my eyes (security wise) this was an essential product for a desktop computer especially for your average user.
