Yes, by restoring a Paragon Image file.  Lucky I did an image backup before I installed CTM.

I think the official answer would be no, because this was released long before CIS 6.3. I can't think of any reasons why 6.3 would cause any issues, but you never know...

It's compatible with Win XP SP3 though.
