Hrrpft. I just downloaded the portable version of CSC…and they released a new one lol.

Just one more for my collection I guess.

I’m curious. I’m using the Portable Version. If I use the update feature, does that update CSC to the Portable Version or does it update to the Installed Version? I want to maintain my settings, but I don’t want to have a conflict. :-\

Can I simply download the newer version and overwrite the newer files while still maintaining my settings?

Hello,

…and is this a bad thing? ???

Are you talking about my post?

Or Grizzly’s?

If it was mine, yes, it is a good thing. Just commenting on the fact.

Finally you hired smb. who know what drivers are and can dig into R0 debugging & BSODs dump analysis. Keep reading wdk/ddk and soon you’ll be bsod-free.
