Update of CIS from 5.10.228257.2253 to 5.9.221665.2197?

I had a strange update of CIS from version 5.10.228257.2253 to 5.9.221665.2197. Automatic updater signalized about new update available, but it seemed to be not a new version. Can anybody explain this?

Same happened to me. I clicked the link to the release notes and it showed an older version number than mine. I figured someone forgot to update the notes or something and installed the update. But now CIS also shows the older version.

The same revision level as stated in the first message of this thread.
Virus signature database, however kept the same ID: v13824.
I clicked on Check for Updates, under tab More, and got the reply that Comodo was up to date already.

Just to confirm,

I have just run Check for Update, and after the download of lots of files, I got back to 5.10.22825.2253 CIS version, and to v13824 database virus signature.

After manual check for update I got back to 5.10.22825.2253 too.

Hi, it seems there is a new build 5.12.55693.2551, why not provide update to this build

Got another automatic update back to 5.10.x last night, everything is back to normal. One small step closer to 6.x
