Texmod.exe (and tmp files created by it), can be downloaded from here.

It is used to replace textures in games that do not support modding (i.e. it accesses the memory in pretty hacky way). It is not harmful, many AV products make FP when it comes to this tool.

I submitted some programs to be whitelisted in the other topic, but only heard they were being processed. Never heard if they were final. Is there a problem with the programs. Here is the link for the games.

That can take many time ... from few hours to a few weeks please delete this post it's still being processed ...
