A thousand thanks to the Team!!!  :)

untrusted or unrecognized ?
sometimes unknown files becomes safe after comodo proceed it if it is safe maybe
i dont know actully i found sometimes unrecognized files come trusted but these files already safe so they arent harmless

After CIS update, Windows 10 does not recognize that the firewall is enabled.

Try the Security Center reset. Does that do the trick for you?

Quote
Open a command prompt by clicking Start → Run. Type cmd and click OK.

In the command prompt window, type NET STOP WINMGMT /Y and press ENTER.

Type REN %WINDIR%\SYSTEM32\WBEM\REPOSITORY REP.OLD and press ENTER.

Type EXIT and press ENTER to close the window.

Restart the system. Windows should start normally, but you may be prompted to restart the system once more to complete the changes caused by resetting the core repository. You may also need to restart once more if Windows Security Center still does not detect your security product.

Click on Unrecognized Files in the main screen of CIS. It will open File list showing the unrecognised files. First choose Purge to clean up the list. After cleaning up select all unrecognized files that are left and choose Lookup. That should move most of them to the local Trusted Files list.

After Windows update .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 , everything works correctly.

Hi EricJH, yes but every time windows restarts I always find unrecognized files.
Now I'm using CIS 10 without problems, it is stressful to always find them.
Thank You.

It accidentally happens that the Security Center is not recognizing a security solution being active. A couple of minutes later it just all of a sudden it will see them and report all is ok. A reboot may also 'fix it'. The Windows Update is non consequential.

Did you do the clean up as I described? How many unrecognized files were left after cleaning up?

When files are unrecognized they will be treated as not trusted. You are not in any kind of danger. 99,9% of unrecognized files will turn out to be legit files and not malware.

finally all is updated via the online update process to 6744.

Don't seem to have any problems, but than I don't have any items "enabled" like Auto Containment, HIPS, Viruscope, or web filtering.

So will continue to use it with windows defender.

I always find a random number of unrecognized files on reboot, even doing a full scan, I also tried a clean installation with Official Comodo Uninstaller v2.0.0.3 and I noticed one thing: at the beginning the boot is fast, then when more fills the list of safe and unrecognized files, the boot slows down as if "the disk becomes fragmented", which does not happen with CIS 10. Thanks for the interest and sorry for the english I'm italian.

LittleBug. Do you install new programs on a daily basis? What happens when you run a Rating Scan?

Hi EricJH, it's been a month since I did not install anything except CIS, after a scan rating nothing comes out immediately but sometimes after a while, while with CIS 10 once everything is done nothing comes out. With CIS 11 then, as I said above, it happens that just installed at boot the widget comes out immediately and windows startup is fast, but when the list of safe and unrecognized files begins to fill, the widget comes out after many minutes boot and windows boot slows down a lot. With CIS 10 nothing of this happens.

P.S. now I'm using CIS 10 waiting for confident that you resolve this bug.
Thank You so much Team.

considering saying goodbye to comodo..

Noticed this issue on Win10 with v11, not on Win7

If you send all the files, you'll notice that all "unrecognized" files are already sent and surely known. Thus it's only a minor glitch.
