How come that the 7.0 version isn't available to download from the comodo.com website? why is there still the 6.x version?

Hello,,

I have some problem with this version. I have this version on my PC 7.0.312140.4101. When I installed it and then I run update, CIS install some update and I have again version 7.0.312140.4101 back.

Is there any solution for it?

Do you keep getting the update notification? I had it happen only once when setting it up on one of my Windows installations (it may have been Vista).

I do not know if I understand you well. Sorry for my English. I have W8 64b. If you ask me I get  the possibility of update when I run CIS manual update I do not get any update of the program. I did it like that yesterday. I installed new version, did not uninstall the old version.  It asked me if I want to upgrade I set YES. After restart PC everything was ok. When I run update it offered me a new version. I let it install and it took me back to beta.

I now see you are getting the update notification when using a beta build (4101).

I would suggest to download the final version from the link in the first post of this topic and do a clean installation. You can safe you configuration from your beta build and import it later. Please make sure to store the configuration in a folder that is not part of the CIS installation folder.

I just did it and it seems it is ok. It was probably because I was update from beta. Thank you. I have only firewall (latest 6.x version) on another PC. Will I get there update for 7 or should I do it manualy?

We assume it will become on the program updater but we don't know when. When you don't want to wait you can always choose to install manually.
