The flaw in the shortcut method I can see so far for launching a browser sandboxed is what if someone uses a  button on there keyboard to launch there browser, or if some program/process launches the browser ?

Would be good to have an option for CIS to intercept the system default browser when its launched and sandbox it automatically, that way could help to maintain security for the average joe  :)

If in the setting Classic Mode is selected, is it possible to run Kiosk through GUI instead of installation folder, if SilverLight & CD is not installed?

in cis 5 you can choose apps that you always want to run sandboxes. I assume cis 6 wouldn't drop this feature

You are right. In CIS 6 you can still sandbox individual programs on a one of or permanent basis like in v5.
