It also depends on hardware. E.g. my hardware is too old to fully support WebGL.

IE9, F12, modify agent name and you'll get different result...
62+5 bonus for IE9/IE8..
141+5 for another agent type (enter any).

No, the bonus is not part of the 475 points. The bonus is for things that are not part of the html5-standard, such as support for audio- and video-codecs that may be used in html5 <audio> and <video>.
