Comodo Dragon ver 25.0 is now available for download

Comodo Dragon 25.0 is now available for download from the following link:
http://download.comodo.com/dragon/DragonSetup.exe

What’s new:

  • Dragon is based on Chromium 25.0.1364.97.
  • Virtual mode (using CIS sandbox).

Fixed:

  • Improved compatibility with Chrome extensions by supporting “chome://” urls.

Thanks for the update, it is downloading now. :-TU

Virtual Mode - To save downloads it needs the folder Shared Space, what if CIS is not installed on the system?
Does it creates Shared Space folder?

Thanks for the Update lightstep

This Version is real good so far, and it seems more stable than the last build.

Also the pages load faster

I’m looking forward to test the Virtual mode using CIS sandbox

Thanks again

Nigel

Aww come on! Don’t get stuck at 4.0 out of 32.5 MB!! Oh wait… nvm, it’s just downloading in ~5KB/s -_-

Edit: OH!! Up in 15KB/s…

Yeah I noticed a slow update using the auto updater under About Comodo.

But I’m not going to complain

Virtual Mode is the same Virtual CD that CIS install creates if CD is installed along with CIS installation or CD is already installed on the system.

With this new version, I noticed black text background on Comodo Anti-Malware Database page.

Can anyone confirm this?

EDIT: I have just checked latest Chrome and this “glitch” is also present there. ???

Same here, confirmed.

Virtual mode feature works only if CIS is installed.

OK, thanxx for the info.

Hi Siketa,
It is not just that page, but nearly all of the comodo.com pages (Screenshot). ???
Comodo Dragon Internet Browser

I can confirm that previous versions do not have this issue as I just tried it.

Looking fine here with 25.0 and XP SP3 (if that matter).

@naren & captain: Thanks!
I hope this will get fixed in 25.1.
;D

Very nice update! Thank you! ;D :-TU

P.S I have a “black background” on the Comodo site as well.

Wooooooooooooooosh!!!

I wonder if it is OS related (Is Vista the common?) or graphics maybe?
I was using a Vista system which has the issue.
I just tried my Win 7 system and the issue is not present.

Hello,

The issue with the black background on websites seems to be generated by Flash Player. Disabling the plugin or keeping it on a “click to play” setting could be a temporary workaround if you consider this issue as disruptive.

Thank you.

Does this mean you are not going to bother with this?
Should we wait for Adobe to fix it?

What is “click to play” and how does one activate it?
