Why does CCE’s scanning find thousands of more threats then CIS scanning does? WHY WHY WHY? I would like to know ASAP!!!

CIS is a very powerful protection agent.
CCE is a very powerful cleaning agent.
CCE unhooks many apicalls in an attempt to find things.
CIS hooks many apicalls in an attempt to protect them.
The method of “protection” has changed…its not easy to use “cleaning” alongside with new style protection like CIS.
