If you want, I can PM you the diagnostic report of my CCAV. May it will help?
Sure, does't hurt.

today, I tried to uninstall CCAV to make a clean install..Uninstallation stuck at 59% I cannot uninstall it now, it asked me to contact with support team. I am in trouble Can you please send me a script file which deletes all entries of CCAV? It will be our force uninstaller!
umesh,A user on MalwareTips mentioned -"If you rename the executable shortcut, on the next or any successive boot, it will detect problems in its own installation and one needs to reinstall. Fixing otherwise (as it advises) doesn't work."

https://valkyrie.comodo.com/get_info?sha1=b04ff48f35219aaf31dd8ff26ae43b72e3a95665(Valkyrie result is "Unknown" but there is a detection in CCAV 1.9)How is this possible?
Hi yigido,It's a complex case. The behavior you observed is due to Valkyrie causing false-positive on that file, however Valkyrie web page as you pointed in link was not updated so you observed Unknown in there. At the moment file's verdict is Safe.So that explains the behavior you observed.Thank you for pointing out.Thanks-umesh
I can also observed that..I have a malware on my desktop on CCAV scan, it is not detected. But I checked on Valkyrie website, Valkyrie verdict is "Malware. There is no detection on my side. What is the problem here?
There are certain verdicts, which require human analysis before they are available in cloud. That could be the case.Thanks-umesh
If every sample needs a human verdict, whats the point of Valkyrie automatic verdict
